A company accreditation and a product test answer different questions. We identify the evidence relevant to the product family, configuration, support condition, environment and performance criterion.
Slip-resistance evidence
Pendulum test values should be read with the stated surface finish, dry or wet condition, preparation, wear state and test method. Product suitability cannot be inferred from texture alone.
Load and deflection data
Grating selection requires the correct clear span, load type, bearing direction, support arrangement, permissible deflection and factor of safety. Published tables must be applied to the matching panel specification.
Resin and fire performance
Fire behaviour is specific to the resin formulation, laminate construction, thickness and test standard. Classifications are only presented where the evidence applies to the product offered.
System and connection performance
Handrail performance depends on post spacing, rail geometry, base connection, fittings, substrate and imposed horizontal load. Component properties do not replace assessment of the assembled system.
Test evidence is valid only within its stated scope. Alternative colours, resin grades, panel depths, surface finishes, span directions or fixing arrangements may require different data. Tell us the exact product and application so we can identify the closest applicable current document.

What information is needed to select load data?
Provide the exact grating type and depth, clear span, load type, bearing direction, support arrangement, required factor of safety and acceptable deflection criterion.
How should slip-resistance values be interpreted?
Use values from the applicable test method and stated condition. Wet and dry results, surface preparation, product finish and wear condition can materially affect the result.
Does a fire classification cover every GRP product?
No. Fire performance is tied to the tested resin system, laminate, thickness and method. We confirm whether evidence applies to the product offered.
Can you support tender and technical submittals?
Yes. Provide the product schedule and relevant clauses so we can compile available company certificates, product data, test evidence and installation information.
