We may verify the business information supplied using appropriate public or commercial information. Where necessary, we may ask for additional evidence of trading or business status before approving trade access.

Do I need an existing GRP Express account before applying?
No. You can submit a Trade Account Application without an existing ecommerce account. If you already have a GRP Express My Account login, you can provide the email address used for that account so approved trade access can be associated with the appropriate customer record.
Who can apply for a GRP Express trade account?
Trade access is intended for eligible businesses and professional organisations purchasing GRP for commercial requirements. This may include contractors, fabricators, installers, construction and engineering businesses, maintenance teams, manufacturers, resellers and other regular business purchasers.
Will I need to prove that I am a business or trade customer?
GRP Express may verify the business information provided during the application review. Where additional verification is required, we may ask for suitable supporting evidence of business or trading status.
Does submitting an application guarantee trade account approval?
No. Trade Account Applications are reviewed by GRP Express. Submission does not automatically guarantee approval, account-specific pricing or access to all protected trade functionality.
Do I need to provide bank details to apply for trade access?
Not as part of this initial Trade Account Application. Customers interested in commercial credit can indicate this during the application, but any credit assessment is handled separately and may require additional information.
Does an approved trade account automatically include credit?
No. Trade status, pricing status and credit status are separate. Credit facilities remain subject to separate assessment, approval, credit limits and applicable payment terms.
Can an existing GRP Express customer apply for trade access?
Yes. Existing customers can apply for approved trade access without requiring a completely separate ecommerce account.
What happens to my pricing if my application is approved?
The applicable pricing structure depends on the commercial arrangement associated with your account. This may include an assigned account price book, customer-specific product pricing and agreed quantity pricing where applicable.
Can more than one person buy for my business?
The GRP Express account architecture is being designed to support the practical requirements of business customers. Where multiple users, delivery locations or purchasing workflows are required, these requirements can be considered as the account platform develops.
Can I use a purchase order number when ordering?
Business purchasing requirements can vary by account. The application asks whether purchase order references are normally required so that this can be considered as part of the future account and ordering workflow.
