Yes. Standard straight cuts can be considered alongside panel and profile orders. Send finished sizes, quantities, orientation and any cut-out details so material use and preparation can be reviewed together.

Complex shapes, penetrations and repeat profiles can be reviewed for CNC preparation where suitable. A dimensioned drawing, DXF or clear template information is normally the most useful starting point. Final feasibility depends on material, tolerances and edge requirements.

Consider unsupported span, loading, panel direction, aperture, thickness, surface, environment, drainage and fixing method. Use the grating buying guide and load guidance for preliminary selection, then request technical support where duty is critical.

Solid-top GRP is useful where a more closed walking surface, containment or reduced visibility through the floor is required. Drainage, cleaning, slip resistance, loading and support arrangement still need to be considered.

Both provide smaller openings than standard mesh. Aperture, panel size, thickness and loading vary by product, so choose against the actual access, dropped-object and support requirements rather than the name alone.

Grating should be restrained using fixings appropriate to the panel, support and environment. Clip type and quantity depend on panel edges, adjoining panels, support geometry and site conditions. Use the clip selector as a guide and confirm critical installations.
