Use each guide as a task checklist
The guides are written to help buyers and installers prepare a task, identify missing information and decide when product support or project design is required. They do not replace equipment instructions, site rules, risk assessments or competent design.
Before work starts
Confirm the product, dimensions, support, substrate, environment, tools, fixings, access and responsibility for the method.
During the task
Follow the relevant sequence, control dust and access, protect the material and stop when site conditions differ from the plan.
Before handover
Inspect edges, fixings, movement, contamination and trip risks; retain photographs and record anything requiring follow-up.
